Eating for Energy: Free 5-Day Challenge

Have you ever felt that afternoon energy slump?

Several years ago, I was overwhelmed and frustrated by meal plan after meal plan, and hearing so many conflicting pieces of advice.

And so I started to learn about metabolism and how our bodies use and need energy. Before this, I didn’t really understand how we get energy from food or how we can increase our energy.

As I learned more, not only about what foods to eat for energy, but also how to pair foods for better digestion, I started to apply what I was learning to my daily life.

And over time, this became my normal way of life. I was eating for energy and I had more energy to keep up with my kids and the busyness of daily life.

Other people in my life started to notice and they wanted to know how I always had so much energy. And so I started teaching what I had learned to others. Through applying what I was teaching, my students who wanted to lose weight started to see their bodies grow more efficient at burning fat at a higher level. My students noticed that they were sleeping better at night and feeling better (more energized) throughout the day.

I share all of this with you as a reminder that we can change.
