Updated: May 5, 2020

I know you're probably dealing with A LOT right now.

With everything going on you may be juggling work while your kids are home with you, trying to shift your business fast to become more online, heck maybe just looking for what's next...

And wherever you are, I'm guessing you just want to get through these crazy times and come out on the other side feeling stronger.

I want to make sure you are supported so I thought I would let you know about the Mompreneur Empowered Online Event. The event answers the question "how do we go from surviving to thriving in my home-based business without going crazy?"

Go to www.myfirewithin.com/mompreneur to reserve your free spot.

The host of the event, Connie Benjamin wrote this blog article about The 4 Keys to Managing Chaos so I thought I would share it with you. I hope it helps.

Here's Connie's article:

The news is filled with images and stories about the current economic and health challenges, your kids are homeschooled, and you are expected to be productive in your business while you are juggling all of it.

You feel anxious about the future. How will this health situation affect your family? The uncertainty of life right now is too much. How can you focus on your business? Stress is at an all-time high and you are feeling at an all-time low. In moments like these, how do you stay calm and focused on your next steps?

I believe there are 4 steps we can take to be calm in the midst of challenging times. Before I share them with you, I want to be clear that the reason I can talk about this is that I need it too. We are all in this together and need to support each other. When I do these 4 keys to being strengthened in challenging times, I feel less stressed and more connected to the people I love.

The 4 Keys to Being Strengthened In Challenging Times:

1. Connect with the divine - ask for help with what you are doing through and do things that spiritually lift you every morning

2. Take care of yourself - do something that helps you feel calmer & happier. Exercise or meditating for even just 5 minutes will make a huge difference

3. Allow yourself to feel it & then let it go - Allow yourself to feel what you feel & give yourself the space to let it go

4. Identify what you have a choice about - step out of victim mode and step into what you have a choice about
